Connecting a Cash Drawer to a POS

  1. Position your cash drawer and POS device where you would like.
  2. Take the USB cord attached to the cash drawer and plug the USB into the bottom of the POS device.
  3. Currently, Android requires permissions to use USB connection. To allow these, go to settings, then ‘manual cash drawer open’. This will give you a message asking you to accept permissions to use a USB. Accept all permissions then your cash drawer is good to go.

  • The cash drawer comes with keys to manually open the cash drawer if needed.
