If you need to add items to an already made order, you can re-fire it to the kitchen printer so the kitchen receives the updated ticket.
1. Locate the Order
○ After sending the original order to the kitchen printer, go to the Orders tab.
○ Find and open the order you need to update.
2. Load Items
○ Click Load Items to prepare the order for edits.
3. Add New Items
○ Navigate back to the Home screen.
○ Add the new items needed for the order.
4. Re-send to Kitchen
○ Send the order to the kitchen again.
○ A second receipt with the same order number will print in the kitchen.
5. Confirm at Payment
○ When you pull the order back up to process payment, the new items will appear on the receipt.
