Cash Drawer won’t open, how do I troubleshoot?

  1. Make sure the cash drawer usb cable is connected to the POS screen
  2. On the POS app, go to Settings
  3. Tap on the button “Open Cash Drawer”
  4. Tap Yes when asked if you are sure you want to open the cash drawer
  5. Enter your PIN
  6. Repeat steps 3 and 4 two more times
  7. The cash drawer should open now.
