If you want to add something to an already made order this feature is perfect for you.

1. After sending your order to the kitchen printer, navigate to the orders tab to pull it up.
2. When you find your order, pull it up and click ‘Load Items.’
3. Navigate back to the home screen and add whatever is needed.
4. Next, send it to kitchen once again and this will print a second receipt of the same number to the kitchen.
5. Finally, when pulling the order back up to pay for it, the new item will be shown on the receipt.
