This should be the process that is followed every time, be sure the check for the message box that says “Clock In Successful” or “Clock Out Successful.” If an error message box pops up try again and then contact the support team if there is still issues.
- Open your POS device
- Enter the 4-digit PIN code that is assigned to you
- Make sure to click “CLOCK IN” on the left side of the blue Login button
- When you are ready to clock out, enter your PIN
- Click on “CLOCK OUT” on the RIGHT side of the blue Login button.
