Online Orders Settings

In Online Order Settings you will be able to update your menu schedule, banner, logo, business name, tag line, ability to pause online ordering, and order lead time.

Menu Schedule

  1. Navigate to basilbackoffice.com.
  2. Select the “Menu” drop-down. Select “Menu Schedule”
  3. Here you can edit what times your business is open to receive online orders for pickup or third party delivery if enabled.

Online Order Settings

  1. Navigate to “Account” drop down then select “Online Order Settings”
  2. Update information as needed.
  3. The first box will show “Name” This is what will display as your restaurant name on the homepage of your online ordering website.
  4. Next is the Tag Line: If your restaurant has a slogan or welcome message this would be the right box to put it. Additionally you can put your address and phone number here.
  5. Next is the Order Lead Time, you can change this as needed but it gives an approximate amount of time for when orders made online will be ready.
  6. For the Email portion, you would just put the email where you want to receive the receipts for all online orders.
  7. The next two fields can be used if you will be closed for a few days or if there is another reason for not doing online orders. You can Pause Online Ordering and have a message that pops up when it is paused.
  8. Finally, is the logo and banner image that is displayed on your website, this will allow you to have a logo and/or banner image that is familiar to your guests.

Tips

Your online ordering link is available on the Online Order Settings page at the top as well as a QR code to your online order website.
