Quick Table Service

On Basil POS, go to settings and enable Quick Table Service. (This will show a message on the top of the screen saying you are in Quick Table Service)
Ring up an order that you can now send to kitchen printer without payment (It will ask for an order note, typically that is the table number but you do not have to enter a note).
Go to orders and find the order you just rung up. You can either load the order to add new items to send to kitchen printer or print the table receipt. Printing the table receipt gives two receipts showing how much payment is due.
After the customer gives you payment load the order from the Orders menu and select pay now.
