Once logged into your Back Office merchant will see their Sales Overview.

From here a merchant then select an order for the Orders below the Overview.

Order 1987 was an Online Order. We can see all the details as follows.

Online Orders will tell you if it was for Pickup or if the Customer chose a 3rd Party Delivery option. This order shows the customer chose to have a local Door Dasher pick up the order.

Next, to the far right, we can see the customer detail including name, email, and phone number.

Finally, the Payments summary will show what the payment was for the order. Including tax, tip, discounts, and who their delivery provider was.

The information presented on the Back Office for online orders will help merchant keep track of these orders.
