Open Tables: The ‘Open’ green status is for tables that are ready to seat any guests. (Selecting the table then selecting ‘Seat’ will mark the table Occupied and will allow you to enter items into the order.)
Occupied Tables: The ‘Occupied’ orange status is for tables with guests currently sitting and ordering. (Item’s can be added to seats or the whole order. After Payment the table will be marked Unavailable.)
Unavailable Tables: The ‘Unavailable’ red status is for tables where the guests have paid but the table is not ready to seat new guests. (The table can be cleared from the POS by selecting the table then selecting the ‘Clear’ green button.
