Unsettled Credit Card Transactions (Void)

1. Go to the Orders panel.
   
2. Select the completed transaction to void.
   
3. A drop-down menu appears on the right → click Void Transaction.
   
4. Both merchant and customer receipts will print.
   

Settled Credit Card Transactions (Refund)

1. Go to the Orders panel.
   
2. Select the completed transaction to refund.
   
3. A drop-down menu appears on the right → click Refund Transaction.
   
4. Swipe the same card used for the original purchase.
